ASSETS
Take control of your assets from one place — know where they are, what condition they are in, what maintenance is required and the full history of work completed.
Give your field teams a simple way to identify, inspect and account for every asset at the correct site. Users can confirm the physical item using its Asset ID, QR code, barcode or supported NFC tag, helping ensure that activity is recorded against the right asset.
Each asset keeps its site, identification, condition, inspections, photographs, maintenance requirements and activity history together in one connected record.

In the field, employees can record an inspection, capture the asset condition, add comments and photographic evidence, report faults and trigger maintenance follow-up when attention is required.
New assets can also be added with their site, category, description, identification details, image, status and other useful asset information.

Keep maintenance visible and accountable with reminders and notifications for new requests, overdue work and upcoming service requirements.
Maintenance can be raised directly against the asset, prioritised and assigned to an internal technician or external service provider. The work order can then be followed from request and assignment through to work in progress, awaiting parts, follow-up and completion.
Labour and parts costs, job references, completion notes, asset condition, evidence photos and the next service date can all be captured against the same asset record, building a clear service and repair history.
Warranties, invoices, manuals, service records and certificates can also be stored with the asset, while categories and descriptions keep the register organised and make reporting easier to understand.

CONNECTION REQUIRED
Assets requires a live connection for asset lookups, inspections and maintenance actions. Reconnect before opening or updating asset work.
Asset management on our website

Ontouch gives managers a live operational view of assets across all sites. From the dashboard you can search and filter the register, see current location and status, check the last inspection, identify assets needing attention and open maintenance work that requires follow-up.
Every asset builds a lifecycle history covering movements, status changes, inspections, maintenance requests, repairs, technician activity and recorded costs. Detailed reports and image evidence help management review asset condition, service performance, repeat issues, costs and the complete history of each asset.
