SECURITY
Ontouch gives security companies real-time visibility and control over their daily operations, helping management stay connected to what is happening across every site, shift, officer and patrol.
Our platform turns your security team into your eyes and ears in the field by bringing routes, incidents, scheduled tasks, attendance, site visits, question sets, photos, logbooks and operational reporting together in one system.

Security officers can clock in directly from their mobile devices, while geo-location helps confirm that the officer is at the correct site before a site visit is activated. This creates a clear record of attendance, arrival time, time spent on site and the work completed during the shift.

While on site, officers can complete scheduled patrol routes using QR codes, NFC tags or checkpoint activations, answer site-specific questionnaires, capture photos, record comments, log incidents and complete assigned tasks in real time. Routes can be configured around the way a site operates, including required checkpoints, expected timing, route order and scheduled patrol periods.

Patrols and activities can be monitored live through dashboards and reports, allowing management to see completed, missed, delayed, unusually fast or unusually slow patrols, response activity, site compliance and other exceptions that may require attention.
Each site can be configured with its own patrol requirements, schedules, checklists, questionnaires, task lists, incident procedures and reporting requirements so that officers are guided by the specific operating requirements of that location.
Officers can submit detailed information, notes and photos directly from the field, giving supervisors and management an immediate record of what happened, what was completed and what still requires attention. Where urgent assistance is required, the S.O.S. function gives staff an additional way to raise an alert from the field.

Vehicle access can also be managed through the system by scanning vehicle licence disks and recording entry and exit information, helping security teams maintain a clearer record of vehicle movements at controlled sites.
Security vehicle logbooks can be used to record fleet usage, driver activity, mileage, inspections and other vehicle-related information required by the business.

Instant notifications and live updates can keep supervisors and authorised clients informed when officers arrive on site, complete patrols, report incidents or trigger alerts. Ontouch also includes an instant messaging system, giving officers, supervisors and management a direct way to communicate about site changes, incidents, follow-ups and operational instructions from within the same platform.

Comprehensive reports can be generated for clients, management, audits, SLA monitoring and operational analysis, with supporting information such as patrol results, timestamps, attendance records, task completion, incident details and photos available where relevant.

Ontouch also assists with asset and inventory management, including the controlled issue, handover and return of radios, keys, equipment and other important company or site items. Assets can be recorded and inspected, while inventory records help management understand what has been issued, used or returned and who was responsible for it.

Logbook and handover information can be used between shifts so that important site instructions, outstanding incidents, equipment issues, visitor or vehicle information and follow-up actions are not lost when responsibility changes from one officer or supervisor to another. Client satisfaction surveys can also be used to gather structured feedback on service delivery and help management identify areas requiring improvement.

By improving accountability, communication, operational oversight and time management, Ontouch helps security companies improve service delivery, reduce operational risk and maintain consistent standards across sites and personnel.
